FIXED SPEED COMPRESSORS

Unlike traditional screw compressors, the design, construction, and lack of thrust forces unique to Mattei rotary vane compressors, do not need or require the use of roller or thrust bearings that wear over time.
Mattei compressors feature oil-lubricated white metal bushings that allow the compressor shaft to spin effortlessly on a thin film of lubricant. This means that the rotary vane compressor shaft and blades are NOT subject to wear over time (typical operation exceeds 100,000 hours).

Pressurized lubricant is injected to support the shaft journals and seal the compression cells while preventing metal-to-metal contact and maximizing isentropic efficiency.

The high-efficiency air compressors feature an advanced air/oil separation system that ensures high-quality air with a residual oil content of less than 3 ppm w/w in the compressed air, contributing to superior energy efficiency in your system.
