Classic Series

Main technical features of the Classic series:

• low rotation speed: the electric motor, which runs at a speed of only 1500 rpm, directly coupled to the compressor through flexible coupling, provides great energy savings, as there are no losses due to the presence of gears or V-belts; 
• automatic flow rate control: in addition to the classic “FULL LOAD OPERATION / NO-LOAD OPERATION” modes, all models are provided with a special proportional modulating suction valve that allows a constant pressure air supply and the possibility of working even without receiver. With this setting, the air flow rate automatically adapts to the air demand of the network to which the compressor is connected, with clear energy savings; 
• robust and noiseless: painted with epoxy powders the compressors of Classic series are resistant to corrosion and scratches. Very compact, they are ideal for installations in confined areas. Vane technology ensures their safety and silent operation even in the absence of external bodywork;
• simple and accessible maintenance: the absence of bodywork significantly facilitates all maintenance and service operations. The base is designed to be easily lifted and moved;
• provided as standard with Maestro XS or Maestro XB electronic controller depending on the series model, to constantly monitor the compressor operation.
